$60 for members/ $90 for non-members for all 6 sessions.
Limited to first 12 registrants.

This workshop is designed for individuals over the age of 50 who are able to commit to six sessions of 1½ hours. The series is based on the work of Rabbi Rachel Cowan and Linda Thal and their book Wise Aging: Living with Joy, Resilience and Spirit. Topics include: exploring this stage of life; becoming one’s authentic self; a life review; relationship with one’s body; revitalizing and nourishing healthy relationships, cultivating qualities of soul; practicing forgiveness; learning to live with loss, change, and death; creating relevant rituals, cultivating wisdom, and leaving a legacy.

De Fischler Herman is a rabbinic chaplain and spiritual director.  De is currently training to become a certified facilitator and mentor in the ALEPH Age-ing to Sage-ing program.
